Basis Point Search is a boutique search practice based in Houston, Texas, working on senior sales and revenue roles in financial technology.

The firm is led by Daryna Bilytska, who has been recruiting since 2014 — running searches end to end, from the first conversation with a hiring manager through to a signed offer. She led the recruiting function at a technology company in Kyiv, and has worked as an independent consultant since moving to the United States.

Her career began inside banks. She started in consumer lending at Bank Renaissance Credit, then moved into learning and development at Forward Bank, where she built and delivered sales training across the bank's branch and retail network — for frontline sellers and senior leadership alike.

That order matters. Most recruiters working on sales roles have never had to teach anyone how to sell. Knowing what separates a good salesperson from a merely busy one is most of the job.

She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Kyiv National Economic University.
